Meet Colleen
As the owner and founder of the Bloom Property Group, Colleen's love language is hospitality! She has managed personally owned rental properties since 2008 and has held her Property Manager In-Charge license in the state of SC since 2015 when she began her boutique property management business. She loves providing a more individualized approach to property management and collaborating with owners to provide amazing guest experiences! A native New Englander and graduate of the College of Charleston, Colleen has lived in Charleston for over 22 years, bringing an extensive knowledge of the Charleston area rental market to all of Bloom's clientele. When she's not checking in with guests to make sure their stay is absolutely perfect or collaborating with owners to ensure their property is top notch, she loves spending time with her husband and four amazing kids!
Meet Bella
Originally from New England, Bella began her career in furnished home rental management during college with an internship that turned into full-time position post-grad. During her time with the Massachusetts based operator she discovered her passion for hospitality and marketing. Bella’s marketing expertise has been instrumental in building The Bloom Collective’s strong brand presence, while her vibrant personality fosters exceptional relationships with property owners. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, trying new restaurants, and traveling, often drawing inspiration from her experiences to bring fresh ideas to her work in Charleston.
Meet Jessie
Jessie gained hands-on experience with The Bloom Property Group when she completed a property management internship over the summer! She is currently a student at the University of Alabama who is minoring in real estate and continuing to work remotely by performing administrative tasks for the company. She’s passionate about creating efficient operations and delivering exceptional service to both property owners and renters. While she’s not currently based in Charleston, Jessie loves visiting and is dedicated to ensuring every guest falls in love with the city just as much as she has!
