“What a great find and we will be back for sure! Colleen's apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious for 4 and had all the amenities we needed and more. The beds were truly as comfortable as the reviews say! We also really appreciated all the extra touches - space outside to sit and hang out (both front and back), bikes to ride, yoga mats, laundry amenities. It was an easy walk to King Street but we discovered so many wonderful restaurants and little grocery / provision-type shops even before reaching King Street. Colleen was super responsive and provided a guidebook of suggestions that was so helpful as well! We came on a girls trip, but I'll be back with my family of 4 for sure. Highly recommend!!”

“We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at Little Oak…exactly as pictured…if not better. The views of the marsh were so serene & the space itself was homey and spotless. From a pack ‘n play and sound machine for our son to Valerie’s local recommendations and relaxing on the lanai for ourselves, our expectations for our trip were totally exceeded. Leaving was tough but we’re already talking about coming back! Thank you again for everything!”
